You agree submitting a name to LevelOne Domains does not guarantee that your domain name(s) will be included in our directory and that LevelOne Domains retains the right to reject any domain name listing for any reason.

Any domain name approved and posted is considered to be a bona fide offer, the acceptance of which constitutes a contract. The offer may be withdrawn any time prior to acceptance.

By submitting a domain name for posting in the LevelOne Domain directory, you certify that you are the legal owner of that domain name.

All transactions should be handled by a third party, such as Escrow.com, to protect both parties.

You must notify LevelOne Domains when a domain name is sold so that it can be removed from the directory.

Terms for Buyers:

Buyers are provided no warranty's or assurances from LevelOne Domains as to the ownership or legal title of any domain names listed on this site except for those registered to LevelOne Domains.

If any domain name posted on this site is determined not to be legally owned, it shall be removed and any offer shall be considered null and void. All domain names listed by that party shall be removed and said party shall not be allowed to post any additional domain names.

LevelOne Domains serves only as a listing agent and performs no checks on listing companies whatsoever. Therefore, we recommend that buyers take any necessary precautions when completing the transactions to purchase domain names over the Internet.

The prices posted are determined by the individual or company whose name is listed as the owner. LevelOne Domains does not determine the value of domain names listed, unless the domain name is owned by LevelOne Domains.
